When you register your child at Toast & Tea, along with the Registration Form, we will also ask you to complete a Health Care Plan and Medication Consent Form.

We are able to administer medicine at Toast & Tea, but it’s vital we have written consent in advance. Any medicine to be administered must have been prescribed by a GP, and remain in its original packaging.
