Fees
Our breakfast clubs are £8 per session. This includes a healthy, balanced breakfast.
Our after-school clubs are £13 per session. This includes a nutritious hot meal and range of activities, including time to reflect on the day with an adult.
Fees are payable monthly in advance, with a £30 deposit payable with the registration form. Invoices will be sent out on the 15th of each month. Payments need to clear by the last working day of the month.
Childcare Vouchers
We accept most childcare vouchers. Your childcare voucher provider will want to know our OFSTED registration number, which is 2607487. Please make sure voucher payments are processed and cleared by the end of the month.
Tax Free Childcare
We accept payment through tax free childcare. When setting up the account just search for Toast and Tea, Westgate – Scout Association, Scout Hut, Winchester, SO22 6RH on the Government website under ‘add a childcare provider’. Do send us an email to let us know the payment reference for you child/children.
Please make sure that payments are processed and cleared by the end of the month.
Late Payment
A charge of £5 a day will be incurred for payments received after the 2nd of the following month.
Late Collection Charge
A late fee will be charged for children collected after 6.00pm at a rate of £5 for every 15 minutes.
Withdrawing a Space
The notice period for withdrawing your place is one calendar month. Fees will be payable until the last session has been attended.
